The Jai Krishan Group of companies was promoted by Wadia Family through cohesive efforts of the visionary brothers Late Babu Krishan Lal and Late Babu Darshan Lal hailing from Moga, Punjab. The duo brothers started their retail and wholesale Liquor business that spanned into major part of Northern India comprising of states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. The liquor business in the retail and whole sale segments witnessed exponential growth through an efficient supply chain system with dedicated and determined efforts of these two distinguished brothers. In the process, the closely held group emerged as the largest liquor traders of Northern India with its multifaceted reach in every business segment of liquor trade.

A multidisciplinary Dispensary with pathological facilities and qualified doctors for poor and aged is in operation for several decades. Everyday a footfall of around 150 less privileged persons get medical attention and treatment. The group is also organizing community marriages, support to religious bodies, education to poor and deserving students besides fostering social and cultural events.
