Group Profile

Shri Ashok Wadia is managing the Jai Krishan Group of companies, Joint Ventures and Business firms through a diversified mix of businesses that span from traditional wholesale and retail liquor trade to real estate and infrastructure development, strategic investments in the land banks, facilitation services, leisure and tourism, logistic services and development of land bank either singularly or with strategic partnership with other business entities. The Group companies are closely held within the family group and are by and large without any long term borrowings. The aforesaid diversified businesses, closely held amongst Wadia family members, are currently run and managed under the direction, guidance and leadership of Shri Ashok Wadia .
